Zodiac Gold (TSXV:ZAU) Upsizes Financing Offering to $5 Million Due to Strong Investor Demand

Vancouver, British Columbia — January 14, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Zodiac Gold Inc. (TSXV: ZAU) (FSE: K19) has announced an increase to its previously announced financing exemption offering, citing strong investor demand. The offering has been upsized from $4 million to $5 million.

Each unit is priced at $0.20 and comprises one common share of the company and one-half of one non-transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant allows the holder to purchase an additional common share at $0.30 per share within 36 months of the closing date.

The company has filed an amended and restated offering document, available on www.sedarplus.ca and www.zodiac-gold.com. The final closing is expected to occur no later than January 30, 2026, subject to TSXV approval.

Proceeds will primarily fund a diamond drilling program at the Ben Ben target within the Todi Gold Project in Liberia, and for other exploration activities, technical studies, and general working capital.

Finder’s fees may be paid in accordance with TSXV policies.
