Wealth Minerals (TSXV:WML) Completes Final Tranche of Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia — February 25, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Wealth Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: WML) (OTCQB: WMLLF) (SSE: WMLCL) (FSE: EJZN) has finalized the last tranche of its private placement, according to a news release issued today. The announcement follows previous releases dated January 12, January 26, and February 3, 2026.

On February 25, 2026, the Company issued an additional 6,825,000 units at $0.08 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds of $546,000. The aggregate units issued total 19,575,000 with total gross proceeds of $1,566,000. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant at $0.12, which will expire on February 25, 2028. All issued securities are subject to a four-month plus one day hold period.

Finder’s fees were disbursed to Canaccord Genuity Corp. ($3,920 cash and 49,000 finder’s warrants) and Haywood Securities Inc. ($2,800 cash and 35,000 finder’s warrants).

The securities in question have not been and will not be registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or any applicable state securities laws. Consequently, they may not be offered or sold in the United States or to U.S. persons, as defined in Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act, unless registration or an applicable exemption from registration requirements is in place.
