TORONTO, Ontario — December 18, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Mitchell Cohen, CEO and President of Urbanfund Corp. (TSX-V: UFC), has announced the declaration of a dividend by the company’s Board of Directors.
A dividend of $0.0125 per common share and $0.0125 per Series A, first preferred share has been declared for the three-month period ending December 31, 2025. This represents $0.05 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2026, to shareholders of record on December 31, 2025.
Urbanfund has designated this dividend as an eligible dividend as defined by the Income Tax Act (Canada). An enhanced dividend tax credit applies to eligible dividends paid to Canadian residents.
The company has Dividend Reinvestment Plans (DRIPs) for holders of its common shares and Series A, first preferred shares. These plans allow eligible shareholders to reinvest their cash dividends in additional common shares of the company at a 5% discount to the volume-weighted average trading price for the ten-day period preceding the dividend payment date.
