Toronto, Ontario — December 17, 2025 — Leads & Copy — TenX Protocols Inc. (TSXV: TNX) has provided an update on its acquisition of proprietary software code and related intellectual property from Blade Labs Corp. The deal, completed on July 8, 2025, involved a total consideration of $320,000.
The purchase price included $160,000 in cash and 213,333 common shares of TenX, valued at $0.75 per share, according to the company’s filing statement dated November 25, 2025.
TenX also updated its digital asset and cash holdings since trading commenced on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV).
The acquisition of blockchain validator infrastructure and intellectual property from Blade Labs is intended to accelerate validator development on the Solana (SOL) and Sui (SUI) networks. The acquired assets include software for validator monitoring, performance optimization, and network integration, tailored for high-throughput blockchain environments.
TenX expects the technology to support the build-out of institutional-grade validator infrastructure, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen on-chain operations across the Solana and Sui ecosystems.
Under a six-month services agreement starting January 2, 2025, TenX will provide Blade Labs with validator hosting, monitoring, and technical support services. Blade Labs will pay TenX a fixed monthly fee of $5,000 CAD for these services. The agreement supports Blade Labs’ ongoing validator operations across high-throughput networks and reflects TenX’s role as a service provider.
Mat Cybula, Chief Executive Officer of TenX Protocols, said strengthening validator technology through this acquisition supports the company’s long-term infrastructure roadmap across high-performance networks.
Following the company’s listing on the TSX-V and the closing of the Blade Labs acquisition, TenX holds the following digital assets on its balance sheet as of December 16, 2025:
19,699 Solana (SOL)
21,748,120 Sei (SEI)
129,263 Sui (SUI)
7,244,333 USDC
The company intends to deploy these assets into validator infrastructure to participate in network consensus and generate staking revenue. As of December 16, 2025, TenX also holds approximately $5.6 million CAD to support its operations and infrastructure development and reports no debt obligations.
TenX Protocols Inc. focuses on generating recurring revenue from the crypto asset economy, operating staking infrastructure, earning cash flow from its crypto asset inventory, and providing infrastructure, advisory, and development services across high-throughput blockchain networks.
