Taurus Gold Corp. (CSE:TAUR) Announces Results of Annual General and Special Meeting

Vancouver, British Columbia — February 20, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Taurus Gold Corp. (CSE: TAUR) announced the results of its annual general and special meeting of shareholders (AGSM) held today, where shareholders approved all management-recommended matters.

The approvals include fixing the number of directors at three and electing Nissim Daniel, Asaf Itzhaik, and Yuli Kabazo as directors for the upcoming year. Shareholders also approved the appointment of Charlton and Company, Chartered Professional Accountants, as the company’s auditors for the same period.

A key decision was the approval of the company’s change of business to a technology issuer, focusing on the commercialization of quantum technology. Details of this change are available in the company’s management information circular dated January 19, 2026, on SEDAR+.

This shift remains subject to review and approval by the Canadian Securities Exchange. Additionally, a special resolution was passed to consolidate all issued and outstanding shares, with a ratio of up to 100 pre-consolidation shares for every one post-consolidation share.
