TAG Oil (TSXV:TAO) Grants Stock Options to Directors and Personnel

Vancouver, British Columbia — March 4, 2026 — Leads & Copy — TAG Oil Ltd. (TSXV: TAO) (OTCQB: TAOIF) (FSE: T0P) has announced the grant of 11,850,000 stock options to its directors, officers, and personnel. The options are priced at C$0.10 per common share.

The company said the options were granted under its stock option plan and comply with the TSX Venture Exchange’s applicable policies. The options vest over two years and have a five-year term from the grant date.

According to TAG Oil, the grants are part of its long-term incentive program. The company said the program aligns the interests of its leadership with shareholders, incentivizes performance, and supports the company’s operational and strategic objectives as it advances its drilling and development programs in Egypt.
