Muskoka, Ontario — January 20, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. (CSE: SCM) anticipates receiving a mining license within the next month for its Copper Valley project. The former property owner, EMTF Sarl, had previously applied for the Mining License and Environmental Permit.
Steadright has a 75% interest in NSM Capital Sarl, a Moroccan-based company, through a shareholder agreement with Critical Foundation Metals Inc. (CFM), which owns the remaining 25%. The exploration permit No. 3843143 that Steadright is putting into NSM Capital Sarl.
The company also plans to begin removing mineralized stockpiles from the Historical Goundafa Polymetallic Copper-Zinc-Lead-Silver-Gold Mine at the end of April 2026. The mine has a conceptual model of 6.62 million tons with grades of 2.1% Zn, 1.8% Pb and 1.5% – 2.1% Copper and up to 3.5 g/t Gold. A contract has been signed with MoResCo Sarl for the purchase of up to 14,400 metric tons of mineralized stockpile, with a firm commencement date now set after weather-related delays.
Steadright CEO Matt Lewis stated the company’s strategy involves identifying and advancing strong assets efficiently. He expressed satisfaction with the progress of the Copper Valley mining license application and the plans to generate revenue from the historic Goundafa Mine’s mineralized stockpiles.
Steadright Critical Minerals Inc., established in 2019, is focused on acquiring exploration and historical mining projects within the Moroccan critical mineral space. Through NSM Capital Sarl, the company holds over 192 sq KMs of mineral exploration claims called the TitanBeach Titanium Project in the Southern Provinces of Morocco. Steadright has also signed an MOU for the historic Goundafa Mine.
