TORONTO, Ontario — January 16, 2026 — Leads & Copy — SmartCentres Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: SRU.UN) has declared a distribution of $0.15417 per unit for January 2026, according to a press release issued today. This represents $1.85 per unit on an annualized basis.
The distribution will be paid on February 17, 2026, to unitholders of record as of January 30, 2026.
SmartCentres describes itself as one of Canada’s largest fully integrated REITs. It has a mixed-use portfolio of 197 strategically located properties across Canada.
