Vancouver, British Columbia — February 18, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Skychain Technologies Inc. announces that the Supreme Court of British Columbia issued an order dated January 15, 2026, related to a shareholder petition from the annual general meeting held on November 7, 2024.
The court declared the conduct and outcome of the meeting was unfairly prejudicial to 1154557 B.C. Limited because the chair invalidated all ‘Yellow Proxies’ signed by registered shareholders in support of the proxy circular issued by 1154557 B.C. Limited on October 10, 2024.
Following the court’s reasons for judgment released on October 3, 2025, the number of Skychain directors has been fixed at seven, pursuant to the January 15, 2026, order.
All former company directors were removed and replaced effective January 15, 2026, according to the order.
The court appointed the following individuals as the new directors, effective January 15, 2026: John Lee, John Yang, Lei Zhang, Qi Zhang, Zongzhe (West) Ma, Yifan Jia, and Yuanzheng Dong.
Governance and oversight of Skychain now rests with the newly appointed board, according to the order.
The court further ordered that Skychain preserve all documents, records, passwords, and property of the company and its related entities. It also ordered the company to cooperate fully with the newly appointed directors.
The newly appointed board expects to consider the appointment of John Lee as CEO, Yifan Jia as CFO, and John Yang as Corporate Secretary. Any appointments will be subject to corporate and regulatory approvals. Further updates will be provided once any appointments become effective.
