Vancouver, British Columbia — September 3, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Silver Pony Resources Corp. (CSE: PONY) (FSE: BJ40) (OTCID: PONIF) has approved the issuance of 1,150,000 stock options to an insider and founder for the purchase of up to 1,150,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.20 per share. Each option vests immediately and is exercisable for five years.
The options were granted under the Company’s equity incentive plan, originally approved by shareholders on December 29, 2022. While the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) policies require the plan to be re-approved every three years, the CSE has permitted the grant of these options. However, their exercise is contingent upon shareholder re-approval of the plan at the Company’s upcoming annual general meeting. If shareholder approval is not obtained, the options will automatically terminate.
Shares issued upon the exercise of these options will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period from the grant date, in accordance with securities legislation and CSE policies.
In a separate development, Silver Pony Resources Corp. has engaged Avec Creations Ltd. for a three-month marketing campaign commencing September 3, 2026. Avec will produce and disseminate video interviews and CEO segments across platforms like X and YouTube, and feature the Company’s news releases in its newsletter. The agreed-upon fee for these services is $20,000. Avec is an arm’s length party with no known securities holdings or direct or indirect interest in the Company. All materials produced will clearly disclose that they are issued and paid for by Silver Pony Resources Corp., adhering to securities legislation.
