Saturn Oil & Gas (TSX:SOIL) Completes Amalgamation

Calgary, Alberta — January 2, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Saturn Oil & Gas Inc. (TSX: SOIL) (OTCQX: OILSF) has completed a vertical short-form amalgamation with its two wholly-owned subsidiaries, 1777241 Alberta Ltd. (formerly CapitalEnergy Corporation) and Clearview Resources Ltd.

The amalgamation, effective January 1, 2026, allows Saturn’s asset base and development activities to function under a single corporate entity, which is expected to reduce corporate and operational expenses.

The company said existing shareholders are not required to take any action, and certificates representing Saturn’s common shares will not be affected. The certificate of amalgamation is available on the Company’s SEDAR+ profile at www.sedarplus.ca.
