The appointment of Davidson & Co. follows the resignation of HLB Mann Judd, which took effect on February 10, 2026. Sarama’s Audit Committee of the Board of Directors accepted HLB Mann Judd’s resignation and recommended the appointment of Davidson & Co.
The Board of Directors of Sarama, acting on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, appointed Davidson & Co. as the new auditor. Davidson & Co. will serve as auditor until Sarama’s next Annual General Meeting.
Sarama sent a Notice of Change of Auditor to both HLB Mann Judd and Davidson & Co. The company has received letters from each firm, addressed to the securities commissions in each jurisdiction where Sarama is reporting, confirming their agreement with the information in the Notice. Sarama’s Audit Committee and Board of Directors have reviewed and approved the Notice and letters, collectively known as the Change of Auditor Package.
