Vancouver, British Columbia — January 7, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Red Metal Resources Ltd. (CSE: RMES) (OTC Pink: RMESF) (FSE: I660) has announced a non-brokered private placement offering to raise up to C$750,000 through the issuance of up to 12,500,000 units.
The company intends to use the proceeds from the sale of units for general working capital and exploration of its Carrizal copper property in Chile.
Each unit will be priced at $0.06 and consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. The warrant will allow the holder to purchase an additional share at CDN$0.09 in the first year, CDN$0.12 in the second year, and CDN$0.15 in the third year following the financing’s closing.
CEO Caitlin Jeffs stated that the company intends to use the funds to advance exploration on Carrizal and for general working capital, noting the pro-business and mining environment in Chile and rising copper prices.
All securities issued under the offering will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period, as per Canadian securities laws.
