Toronto, Ontario — December 18, 2025 — Leads & Copy — PTX Metals Inc. has completed a geological review and a high-resolution airborne magnetics survey of its Shining Tree Gold Property in South Timmins, Ontario.
The company’s work on the northern and central portions of the property, located along the Ridout-Tyrrell Deformation Zone (RTDZ), included surface sampling that yielded high-grade assays. Samples collected by SRK at the Rhonda and Herrick Targets returned up to 69.00 g/t Au and 18.82 g/t Au, respectively.
The on-site review aimed to clarify the structural setting and controls on gold mineralization, relating them to regional geologic/structural patterns. Preliminary results suggest that existing regional geologic maps do not accurately depict the property’s structural setting. SRK collected 27 rock samples for various purposes, including reproducing historic Au values and understanding gold localization within veins and shear zones. Rhonda and Herrick areas samples returned the most significant results.
Rhonda North Trench saw comprehensive sampling, with resampling of high-grade channels from 2024 showing excellent reproducibility. This indicates that higher Au grades are not due to a nugget effect, but rather localized variability along the Rhonda structure. Grab samples taken north of the 2024 trench demonstrate reliable continuation of gold values, with results ranging from 3.54 to 7.85 g/t Au.
All samples were hand-delivered to SGS Labs in Sudbury, Ontario, for analysis of Au content via a 30/50g fire assay with atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) finish. SGS is an ISO 17025:2005 accredited testing laboratory. SGS performed an internal QA/QC program.
In addition to SRK’s work, PTX commissioned Terrascope Inc. to conduct a high-resolution, drone magnetics survey across the central portion of PTX’s Shining Tree claims. Completed on December 12th, 2025, the survey covered 2783.5 line Km. The goal was to replace the current low-resolution magnetics dataset with a higher-resolution dataset to aid in mapping the overburden-covered property. PTX expects that the new magnetics survey and SRK’s structural interpretation will provide a foundation for future exploration.
The company expects to release additional compilation of the structural analysis entering the year 2026. Those data will increase understandings on lithologically- and structurally- controlled mineralization at the property and allow better definition of mineralized bodies to be drill tested and expanded.
PTX Metals also announced the conclusion of its drilling program at the W2 Copper, Nickel, Platinum, Palladium (PGEs) Project in the Ring of Fire, Ontario, with approximately 1,200m drilled. Initial core review shows sulfide-bearing gabbro with variation of disseminated to semi- and massive sulfide zones. Results are expected in Q1 2026.
In December 2025, PTX Metals engaged Epstein Research to provide marketing and advertising services for $6,000 payable in advance. Epstein Research is arm’s length to the Company and currently holds no securities in the Company.
Kyle Pedersen, a non-independent qualified person to PTX Metals, reviewed and approved the technical information in the release.
The South Timmins Mining Corporation has a 100% interest of the Shining Tree Gold Project and Heenan Mallard Gold projects with PTX Metals owning 75% of the equity and 25% owned by Fancamp Exploration Ltd.
