FREDERICTON, NB — February 17, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Plaza Retail REIT (“Plaza”) (TSX: PLZ.UN) has announced its February 2026 monthly distribution of $0.02333 per unit ($0.28 annualized).
The distribution will be payable on March 16, 2026, to unitholders of record as of February 27, 2026.
Plaza is an open-ended real estate investment trust and a retail property owner and developer, focused on Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. As of September 30, 2025, Plaza’s portfolio included interests in 197 properties totaling approximately 8.8 million square feet across Canada, with additional lands held for development.
Plaza’s portfolio largely consists of open-air centers and stand-alone small box retail outlets and is predominantly occupied by national tenants focused on the essential needs, value, and convenience market segments.
