Toronto, Ontario — February 17, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Planet Ventures Inc. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares. The consolidation will be on the basis of one post-consolidated common share for every two pre-consolidated common shares.
As a result of the consolidation, the number of outstanding shares will be reduced to approximately 152,063,336 common shares. The company’s name and stock symbol, PXI, will remain unchanged.
All open orders will be canceled at the close of business on February 19, 2026. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
Trading on a consolidated basis is scheduled to begin on February 20, 2026. The record date and anticipated payment date are also February 20, 2026.
The new CUSIP number is 727053 30 8, and the new ISIN is CA 727053 30 8 5. The old CUSIP and ISIN numbers were 727053209 and CA7270532095, respectively.
