San Francisco, CA — December 10, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Ouster, Inc., a global leader in high-performance lidar sensors and intelligent software solutions, has appointed Phillip M. Eyler to its Board of Directors. Mr. Eyler will also serve on the Compensation Committee of the Board.
With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Eyler brings engineering, operations, and business expertise to Ouster. His background includes developing and selling hardware and software solutions for the automotive and industrial markets.
Mr. Eyler has previously served as the President of the Connected Car Division at Harman International Industries and as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Gentherm Incorporated. He is currently a board member at Sensata Technologies and Board Chair at Sleep Number Corporation.
Mr. Eyler holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
Ouster CEO Angus Pacala stated that Mr. Eyler’s leadership and expertise in scaling hardware-software solutions will benefit the company as it executes its product roadmap and expands into its four target verticals. Pacala added that Mr. Eyler’s experience guiding public technology companies as a CEO and board director will provide a valuable strategic perspective.
