Calgary, Alberta — December 17, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Petrox Resources Corp. has announced the appointment of Garth Braun and Bradley Parkes to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Braun was elected at the Corporation’s annual general and shareholders’ meeting on December 15, 2025. Mr. Parkes was appointed to the Corporation’s board by resolution of the directors on December 16, 2025.
Garth Braun brings decades of experience in oil and gas, finance, and real estate. He previously led a TSXV listed company through acquisitions of two E&P companies, the divestiture of non‐core Montney assets, a merger with Pipestone Energy Corp., and raising over $150 million in capital. He has participated in numerous mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as over $1 billion in real estate transactions.
Bradley Parkes holds degrees in Economics and Petroleum Geology from the University of Calgary, and a master’s degree in Natural Resource Law from the College of Law at the University of Tulsa. Mr. Parkes is a Professional Geologist registered with APEGA and a fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI). He spent a decade in the Corporate Finance department at a Canadian brokerage firm, where he was licensed with IIROC to advise and trade equities, futures, and options, and assisted in raising over $100 million for early-stage resource companies. Mr. Parkes later founded a geologic consulting company, with involvement in the hydrogeological, mineral, and oil and gas exploration and development sectors. He has experience in oil and gas exploration, including involvement in the drilling of over 125 oil and gas wells and in situ recovery practices within the uranium sector.
The appointments of Braun and Parkes are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Petrox is a Canadian junior oil and gas company focused on the exploration and development of oil and natural gas resources in the Western Canadian Basin. The company has a production property in Fletwode, Saskatchewan, producing approximately 15 bbls/d.
