Toronto, Ontario — December 17, 2025 — Leads & Copy — PesoRama Inc. (TSXV: PESO) announced its financial results for the three and nine months ended October 31, 2025 (“Q3 Fiscal 2026”). The Canadian company operates dollar stores in Mexico under the JOi Dollar Plus Stores brand.
The company reported a 15.9% increase in total sales for the nine months ended October 31, 2025, compared to 2024. Product gross margins also increased by 1.4% to 46.1% during the same period. Same-store sales saw a 5.9% increase, and the average ticket increased by 15.8%.
PesoRama closed $6.8 million in oversubscribed equity financing and, subsequent to the quarter’s end, completed a $5.0 million equity financing.

For the three months, 2026 Q3 vs 2025 Q3, key highlights include:
Total sales increased by 23.6% to $6,699,728. In local currency (MXN), sales increased by approximately 16.9% quarter-over-quarter, reflecting continued organic growth and new store openings.
Gross profit remained consistent at $2,563,177, compared to $2,272,159 in Q3 2025, primarily driven by the increase in sales.
Product gross margins increased by 0.8% from $2,456,325 or 45.3% to $3,089,314 or 46.1% due to a decrease in the per unit cost of inventory.
The company closed $6.8 million in oversubscribed equity financing to support store expansion.
Subsequent to quarter-end, the company completed a $5.0 million equity financing to support continued store expansion and working capital.
Key Achievements for 2025:
The company opened store #26 on April 26, 2025, in the “City Shops del Valle” mall, followed by store #27 on May 31, 2025, in the “Patio Martin Carrera” mall. On July 24, 2025, store #28 opened near the new Hospital de la Luz complex in Mexico City. The company opened store #29 on November 21, 2025, in the Roma Norte neighborhood of Mexico City. On December 13, 2025, store #30 opened near Mexico City’s main square.
PesoRama anticipates opening Store #31 on December 21, 2025, in the Parque Puebla retail district of Puebla City, marking the company’s first store in the state of Puebla.
