Opawica Explorations Inc. (TSXV:OPW) Provides Company Update

Opawica Explorations Inc. (TSXV: OPW) (FSE: A2PEAD) (OTCQB: OPWEF) has provided a company update from CEO Blake Morgan, highlighting a busy year with groundwork, a completed drill program, and data review.

The company is preparing to drill 10,000 meters of high-priority targets on its 100%-owned Arrowhead property, which has drill permits in place and is surrounded by Agnico Eagle and contiguous to its La Rhonde Complex, according to the press release.

Opawica is exploring a joint venture or sale of its Bazooka Property, the company said, with gold prices at all-time highs sparking interest in Opawica Explorations’ assets.

2025 Accomplishments:

  • Received drill permits for the Bazooka property.
  • Received drill permits for the Arrowhead property.
  • Announced over 10,000 meters of high-priority drill targets on the Arrowhead Property.
  • Announced 10,000 meters of high-priority targets on its Bazooka Property.
  • Commenced drilling on its Bazooka Property.

  • Engaged the services of GoldSpot Discoveries Corp. AI Machine Learning.
  • Completed a 384-line-kilometer geophysical survey on its Bazooka asset.
  • Completed a 2-D deep seismic program on its Arrowhead property.
  • Established strong communications with the first nations and local contractors.
  • Compiled historical data and identified directions for future exploration on its gold targets in Rouyn-Noranda.
  • Completed phase one drilling program on the Bazooka with multiple high-grade zones and visible gold (news releases June 2022 and August 15, 2022).
  • Completed maiden drill program on the Arrowhead property with high-grade gold up to 18gt/au (news release November 15, 2022).
  • Logged and sampled over 4000m of Bazooka drill core to date.
  • Completed the acquisition data from historical sources from government and previous exploration efforts on its portfolio.
  • Developed geological models and geological targets based on data acquired from drilling, geophysics, and AI Machine Learning.
  • Used drill results on Bazooka, Interpretation geophysical data to develop strong targets.
  • Completed downhole geophysics and interpretation on the Arrowhead property.

The continued development of corporate assets is a value-generating event for Opawica’s shareholders, according to the company. The overall plan is to maximize value through the growth of identified assets, including allocating additional funds into the Rouyn-Noranda camp.
