VANCOUVER, BC — January 13, 2026 — Leads & Copy — NV Gold Corporation (TSXV:NVX)(OTCQB:NVGLF)(FSE:8NV) has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of $415,800.40.
The private placement consists of 2,079,002 units at a price of $0.20 per unit, according to a statement. Each unit will comprise one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable at a price of $0.50 and expires two years from the issuance date.
All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day after the offering’s closing. The completion of the offering is subject to the approval of the Exchange.
The company intends to use the aggregate gross proceeds from the offering for general working capital.
NV Gold Corporation has approximately 24.2 million shares issued and no debt, the statement said. The company has 12 exploration projects in Nevada and one in Switzerland. Its three priority projects include Slumber, Triple T, and SW Pipe. NV Gold is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and Reno, Nevada.
