Toronto, Ontario — January 15, 2026 — Leads & Copy — NTG Clarity Networks Inc. (TSXV: NCI) (OTC Pink: NYWKF) is sharing a letter with shareholders and providing an update on its shareholder awareness strategy.
In 2024, investments started generating returns, validating NTG Clarity’s long-term strategy. In 2025, the company scaled into larger contracts with Saudi Arabia’s public companies and government organizations. Reinvestments were made to drive growth while maintaining strategic priorities.
NTG Clarity’s 2025 strategic priorities included deepening its role in clients’ digital strategies, driving new customer acquisition through network effects, and increasing adoption of NTGapps.
The company continues to solidify its position as a critical partner to clients. Net revenue retention over the past twelve months reached approximately 150%, with only one customer churned. New clients are landed through targeted initial engagements, proving value quickly, and expanding relationships to become a core part of clients’ long-term digital strategies. Strong delivery for existing clients is fueling new customer acquisition. In 2025, NTG Clarity achieved a net 7% increase in total clients. Execution across multiple large engagements is generating a referral-driven pipeline of high-value opportunities.
NTG Clarity saw growth in NTGapps revenue during the year. A significant portion of this growth is tied to implementation fees, but NTGapps represents a scalable source of recurring, higher-margin revenue.
Execution against these strategic priorities delivered over 50% year-over-year revenue growth through the first nine months of 2025, driven by demand and execution while maintaining profitability.
Looking toward 2026, NTG Clarity recognizes areas for improvement, including accelerating cash conversion and maintaining margin management. The company aims to align investments in talent, technology, and expansion with strategic priorities.
A strong fourth quarter for collections is expected to result in positive operating cash flow in Q4, driven by improved coordination between finance operations and account managers. This cash flow, along with proceeds from the August 2025 equity raise, enables management to focus on the business and finance growth.
In 2026, NTG Clarity remains focused on disciplined execution of its growth strategy. Discussions are advancing for expanded engagements with existing clients and new engagements with new customers, targeting improved utilization of reserve staff resources and supporting progress toward further profitability.
This strategy is supported by the 2026 Saudi budget, which aligns fiscal priorities with Vision 2030’s economic diversification objectives. Funding is directed toward technology and innovation, including digital government services, AI-enabled platforms, cloud infrastructure, and ecosystem development.
NTG Clarity is investing to support growth and expand its capabilities and geographic footprint, including establishing offices and/or legal entities in Iraq, the UAE, and Madinah, Saudi Arabia. These initiatives aim to capture new market opportunities while maintaining efficiency and scalability.
NTG Clarity has engaged Atrium Research Corporation to publish research reports on the company based on publicly available information, industry data, and discussions with management. Atrium will also host recorded interviews with NTG’s management. Atrium will receive cash compensation of $6,000 per quarter for these services, for 12 months beginning on January 15, 2026. The engagement is subject to TSXV approval.
