Vancouver, British Columbia — December 17, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Northern Lights Resources Corp. has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of C$400,000, which was upsized due to strong investor demand.
The offering consisted of units at a price of $0.10 per unit. Each unit comprises one common share of the company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional common share of the company at a price of $0.10 for a period of 36 months from the date of issuance.
The company will use the proceeds from the offering to advance exploration activities on its mineral properties and for general corporate purposes.
Luka Capin, Chief Executive Officer of Northern Lights, said the impressive demand for this hard dollar, upsized financing is a reflection of the strength of the work the company is doing and the potential of its exploration portfolio. Capin added that the company is grateful for the support shown by its current shareholders, board and new shareholders in raising the proceeds needed to advance its three permitted properties, fast-tracking strategic initiatives aimed at unlocking substantial value for its shareholders.
No finder’s fees are payable in connection with the offering.
All securities issued pursuant to the offering are subject to a statutory hold period under applicable Canadian securities laws expiring four months and one day from the date of issuance.
