Norsemont Mining (CSE:NOM) Executives to Attend Precious Metals Summit Beaver Creek

September 8, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Norsemont Mining Inc. executives will attend the 2026 Precious Metals Summit Beaver Creek from September 22-25, 2026, in Beaver Creek, Colorado, to connect with investors and highlight project progress.

The summit is a key industry event that brings together institutional investors, family offices, and mining-sector specialists with exploration and development companies. Norsemont plans to use the forum to showcase recent achievements across its portfolio and detail upcoming catalysts for the fourth quarter of 2026 and into 2027.

Norsemont’s leadership team, including CEO Marc Levy, CFO Charles Ross, and Chief Geologist David Flint, is scheduled for a series of one-on-one meetings with potential investors, strategic partners, and other industry participants. These discussions will cover recent exploration outcomes, technical advancements, development plans, near-term milestones, capital strategy, market positioning, and opportunities for strategic collaborations or project financing.

The company’s attendance at the Beaver Creek summit is part of a larger strategy to enhance its engagement with global precious metals investors and strengthen relationships within the capital markets. The event offers a valuable platform for direct investor access and increased sector visibility, enabling companies to advance discussions on development strategies and opportunities.

“Choquelimpie is a rare combination of scale, grade, and existing infrastructure in a top tier mining jurisdiction,” said Marc Levy, CEO of Norsemont Mining. “Beaver Creek provides an ideal platform to communicate our progress and upcoming catalysts as we advance development of the project.”

In addition to its summit participation, Norsemont has entered into a marketing consulting services agreement with Spark Newswire Inc. The agreement, effective for an initial term of one month with automatic renewal provisions, involves Spark providing promotional services to the company. During the initial term, Norsemont will allocate an active monthly budget of US$150,000 to Spark. Following this period, the company may opt for a US$75,000 monthly maintenance budget, which offers reduced services. Payments will be made as a deposit initially, with subsequent invoices due monthly. The principals of Spark are Chris and Steve Hnatko.

Spark offers consulting and capital market advisory services to publicly traded companies. Norsemont anticipates that this engagement will help increase investor interest and company awareness. Spark is located in Vancouver, BC, V6C 3H1.

The marketing agreement with Spark does not include performance-based compensation or equity remuneration for Spark. Both companies are unrelated and unaffiliated, and neither Spark nor its principals held any direct or indirect interest in Norsemont’s securities at the time of the agreement.

David Flint, MSc, AIPG-CPG, Chief Geologist at Norsemont Mining Inc. and a qualified person under NI 43-101, has reviewed and approved the technical information presented in this press release.
