The filing aligns with the Multijurisdictional Disclosure System between Canada and the United States.
The Registration Statement, which has not yet become effective, contains detailed information about the company. Once effective, securities may be sold, and offers to buy can be accepted.
Management believes the Registration Statement provides flexibility to pursue various strategic initiatives in accordance with the Company’s growth strategy.
