TORONTO, Ontario — January 5, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Moon River Moly Ltd. (TSXV: MOO) (OTCQB: MRIVF) has filed an independent technical report on the Endako Mine Restart Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA).
The report, titled “National Instrument NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Endako Mine Restart Preliminary Economic Assessment,” is dated January 5, 2026, with an effective date of November 21, 2025.
The Endako mine complex in British Columbia, currently under care and maintenance, includes an open-pit molybdenum mine, concentrator, and roaster, located approximately 190 kilometers west of Prince George, British Columbia. The PEA assesses the potential restart of operations at the Endako Mine.
Moon River completed the indirect acquisition of a 25% interest in the Endako Mine from Sojitz Corporation on May 30, 2024. The Endako Mine is jointly owned by Moon River (25%) and Centerra Gold Inc. (75%) and operates through a joint venture company. Centerra is aware of the PEA preparation but has not participated in or endorsed the work.
The Endako Mine Restart Technical Report is available on SEDAR+ and the company’s website.
The company said there are no material differences between the report and the company’s news release dated November 21, 2025.

Brian LeBlanc, P. Eng., President of AMPL, reviewed, verified, and approved the scientific and technical content of the release. He is a Qualified Person (QP) as defined by National Instrument 43-101 and is responsible for the scientific and technical information in the release.
