MiMedia (TSXV:MIM) Announces Private Placement and Partnership with Credico

MiMedia Holdings Inc. (TSXV: MIM) (OTCQB: MIMDF) (FSE: KH3) announced today its intention to complete a non-brokered private placement expected to raise up to $6 million and a new business development partnership with Credico, an international leader in outsourced sales and customer acquisition.

The private placement will consist of up to 24,000,000 subordinate voting shares (the “Offered Shares”) at a price of $0.25 per share. Credico’s founders are anticipated to invest a majority of the new offering.

MiMedia’s platform will be made available globally to Credico’s clients, including those in telecommunications, energy, and non-profit sectors. Credico has over 35 years of experience, with operations in North America, Europe, India, and South Africa.

According to a Credico co-founder, telecom carrier clients are looking for new streams of recurring revenue at high margins, as well as new ways to keep their customers sticky and the MiMedia platform can deliver impactful recurring revenue and margin growth to our Telco clients.

MiMedia CEO Chris Giordano said the offering and partnership aim to fuel growth opportunities for MiMedia in 2026, and noted his excitement that some of Credico’s founders will be joining the team as investors.

The net proceeds from the offering will be used to support growth initiatives and operations, and for general working capital purposes. The offering is subject to customary conditions, including TSX-V approval.
