West Vancouver, British Columbia — December 9, 2025 — Leads & Copy —

Millennial Potash Corp. (TSXV: MLP) (OTCQB: MLPNF) (FSE: X0D) has started its Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) at its Banio Potash Project in Gabon. Artelia, Société par Actions Simplifée is leading a consortium, including Biotope Afrique Centrale and Insuco Gabon, to complete the ESIA.

According to Millennial’s Chair Farhad Abasov, the company is pleased to have begun the ESIA study. Abasov said the company looks forward to working with the Artelia group to complete a comprehensive ESIA for the project. The study’s initiation marks progress for the Banio Potash Project after a Stage 2 drill program that significantly increased the company’s Measured, Indicated and Inferred resource.

The ESIA will be included in Millennial’s mining license application, expected in 2026. Millennial also plans to start a definitive feasibility study in the coming weeks, with existing funds and US DFC funding to cover feasibility study costs.

The ESIA will commence with physical environment baseline studies, including hydrology, hydrogeology, water quality, soils, and air quality. Biodiversity baseline studies will follow, with extensive coverage of flora and fauna in the region. The social component will review the project area’s socio-economic conditions and expand stakeholder engagement. The final ESIA will outline mitigation measures and environmental and social management plans.

The ESIA is expected to be completed in 2026 and presented to the Gabon government as part of the mining license application.

Millennial Potash Corp. is also granting 980,000 incentive stock options, exercisable for five years at $3.22 per share.
