Middlefield Short Duration Bond Plus ETF (TSX:MSBP) Announces February and March Distribution Amounts

TORONTO, Ontario — February 20, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Middlefield Short Duration Bond Plus ETF (TSX: MSBP) has announced the distribution amounts for February and March 2026.

The distributions will be payable to unitholders of the Fund. The record date for the February distribution is February 28, 2026, with a payable date of March 13, 2026. The distribution per trust unit for February is $0.029.

For the March distribution, the record date is March 31, 2026, and the payable date is April 15, 2026. The distribution per trust unit for March is also $0.029.

The trust units are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol MSBP.
