Lodestar Metals (TSXV:LSTR) Closes First Tranche of Private Placement, Raises $1.03 Million

Vancouver, British Columbia — February 11, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Lodestar Metals Corp. has completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $1,030,000 through the issuance of 5,150,000 units.

The junior exploration company, which focuses on gold exploration in Nevada, priced the units at $0.20 each. Each unit comprises one common share and one common share purchase warrant.

The warrants allow the holder to buy an additional share for $0.30 within 18 months of the issue date. Securities issued under the offering are subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the issuance date. Finders received $13,050 and 65,250 finder share purchase warrants, each exercisable at $0.20 per share for 18 months.

Lodestar intends to use the proceeds for exploration and drilling at the Gold Run Property, as well as for working capital. The company anticipates closing the final tranche soon. The offering is still subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The securities have not been registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold in the United States without registration or an applicable exemption.
