Li-FT Power (TSXV:LIFT) Reports Results from 2025 Yellowknife Lithium Project Work Program

VANCOUVER, British Columbia — January 15, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Li-FT Power Ltd. (TSXV:LIFT, OTCQX:LIFFF, Frankfurt: WS0) has released the results from its 2025 work program at the Yellowknife Lithium Project (YLP), located near Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.

The program included 18 drill holes totaling 3,171 meters, with six holes (2,378 m) for resource delineation, three holes (546 m) for geotechnical studies, and nine groundwater monitoring wells totaling 247 m. The report focuses on results from five resource holes drilled at the Shorty pegmatite and one groundwater well.

Five resource delineation holes, totaling 1,868 m, were drilled at the Shorty pegmatite, along with three groundwater wells for 66 m. One groundwater hole, drilled into the Shorty pegmatite, was assayed and included in the results.

The Shorty pegmatite consists of sub-parallel dykes forming a spodumene pegmatite corridor at least 1.4 km long and up to 100 m wide. The corridor strikes north-northeast and dips 50-70° west. It comprises country rock and pegmatite, with the latter occurring as single 10-40 m wide dykes or 2-4 dykes spread over 50-100 m of core length.

Drill holes YLP-0302 and YLP-0303, collared near the northern lease boundary, tested the Shorty corridor at approximately 150 and 200 m below the surface. They intersected a 13- to 14-m-wide pegmatite dyke but returned negligible spodumene, except for one sample with 0.6% Li2O over one meter.

YLP-290 and YLP-296, located 100 m southwest along strike from YLP-0302 and YLP-0303, were drilled 200-300 m below the surface. YLP-0290 intersected two pegmatite dykes, with the deeper dyke assaying 1.24% Li₂O over 13 m. YLP-0296 intersected a single, 32 m wide pegmatite dyke at 400 m below the surface but returned negligible assays.

Groundwater well YLP-0295, drilled on section with YLP-0290 and -0296, was collared within the Shorty pegmatite and drilled vertically to 31 m. It returned a composite of 1.56% Li2O over 26 m. The true dyke width is estimated at 50-60% of the drilled width.

YLP-0301, drilled 100 m southwest of YLP-0290/0296, intersected pegmatite at the expected depth, but assay results were negligible.

Five of the six holes were drilled perpendicular to the dyke orientation, with true thicknesses ranging from 65-100% of drilled widths. The groundwater well was drilled vertically, with true thickness approximately 35-65% of the drilled width. Visual core logging, mineralogical studies, and metallurgical work confirm that spodumene is the predominant host mineral for lithium.

Li-FT Power also announced the annual grant of equity incentive awards, totaling 2,065,000 incentive stock options and 87,300 restricted share units, to its directors, officers, employees, and consultants. Additionally, 7,889 deferred share units were granted to certain independent directors in lieu of director fees for the fourth quarter.
