January 8, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Largo Inc. (TSX: LGO) (NASDAQ: LGO) has announced the establishment of an at-the-market equity offering program (ATM Program) to issue and sell common shares with aggregate gross proceeds of up to US$60,000,000 on The Nasdaq Stock Market.
Sales of common shares under the ATM Program will be made through H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC, the sole sales agent, at prevailing market prices, subject to market conditions and applicable securities laws.
Largo is not obligated to sell shares under the program and may suspend or terminate it at any time.
The ATM Program provides Largo with financial flexibility and allows access to capital markets, with net proceeds intended for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The ATM Program will be conducted pursuant to a prospectus supplement and a base shelf prospectus filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). No sales will be made in Canada or through the Toronto Stock Exchange.
The Company has filed a registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-291472) with the SEC. Largo is a supplier of vanadium and ilmenite products from its Maracás Menchen Mine in Brazil. It produces materials for industries, including steel, aerospace, defense, chemical, and energy storage. Largo is invested in the long-duration energy storage sector through its ownership of Storion Energy, a joint venture with Stryten Energy.
The Company also holds interests in the Northern Dancer Tungsten-Molybdenum property in the Yukon Territory, Canada, and the Currais Novos Tungsten Tailing Project near Natale Brazil. Preliminary economic assessments were completed for each asset in 2011.
