Each unit comprises one common share and one warrant, allowing the holder to purchase an additional common share at $0.75 within 36 months of the closing date. The securities are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day.

The company intends to allocate the proceeds to commissioning and restarting gold production at the Beacon Gold Mine and Mill, advancing the Swanson Gold Project in Val d’Or, Québec, and for general working capital.

The total financing milestone of $7,800,421 is expected to facilitate LaFleur’s transition to gold production and value creation. This financial momentum supports the restart of production at the Beacon Gold Mill and accelerates the Swanson Gold Project’s development in Quebec’s Abitibi Gold Belt.

The company previously announced the closing of its LIFE Offering for $4,695,000 and Flow-Through Offering for $2,205,421.

A preliminary economic assessment is underway, outlining an economic study for sourcing mineralized material from the Swanson Gold Project for processing at the Beacon Gold Mill.

The securities have not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an exemption.

LaFleur Minerals Inc. focuses on developing district-scale gold projects in the Abitibi Gold Belt near Val-d’Or, Québec. The company’s mission involves advancing mining projects, particularly the Swanson Gold Deposit and the Beacon Gold Mill, to deliver long-term value.

The Beacon Gold Mill is capable of processing over 750 tonnes per day and is being considered for processing mineralized material from Swanson and for custom milling operations.
