VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — December 17, 2025 — Leads & Copy — HI-VIEW Resources Inc. has closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, according to a release issued December 16th.
The placement consisted of 3,875,000 units at a price of $0.20 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds of $775,000. The company oversubscribed the private placement by an additional $100,600.
Each unit includes one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Two warrants allow the holder to purchase one additional share of the company at $0.30 per share for 24 months from the date of issuance.
Proceeds from the placement will go toward general corporate purposes, including arm’s-length payables. Finders’ fees of $44,240 and 221,200 broker warrants were paid to certain eligible finders in connection with applicable securities laws and Canadian Securities Exchange policies. Two broker warrants entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.30 for 24 months from the date of issuance.
All securities issued under the private placement will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day, as required by securities legislation.
The company also issued 730,808 common shares at $0.20 per share to settle $146,161.60 of debt due to related parties.
