Heliostar Metals (TSXV:HSTR) Achieves 2025 Production Guidance with 34,098 GEOs

Vancouver, British Columbia — January 7, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Heliostar Metals Ltd. (TSXV: HSTR) (OTCQX: HSTXF) (FSE: RGG1) has announced its 2025 production results, revealing a total of 34,098 Gold Equivalent Ounces (GEOs), comprised of 32,990 gold ounces and 80,527 silver ounces.

The company’s cash balance stood at US$41 million as of December 31, 2025.

Heliostar reported 8,459 GEOs (8,180 gold ounces and 21,494 silver ounces) produced in the last three months of 2025. The company achieved its production guidance for 2025, which was set between 31,000 and 41,000 GEOs.

The financial results for the quarter and year ending December 31, 2025, are scheduled for release in March 2026. The company anticipates that Cash Costs and All-In Sustaining Costs (AISC) will align with the projected guidance range.

The company has a preliminary cash balance of US$41M with no debt. This provides a strong balance sheet for Heliostar’s 2026 growth initiatives.

A breakdown of the 2025 production includes:

La Colorada Mine:

  • Gold Produced: 17,793 ounces
  • Silver Produced: 57,493 ounces
  • GEOs Produced: 18,467 ounces

San Agustin Mine:

  • Gold Produced: 14,883 ounces
  • Silver Produced: 22,469 ounces
  • GEOs Produced: 15,139 ounces

Consolidated:

  • Gold Produced: 32,990 ounces
  • Silver Produced: 80,527 ounces
  • GEOs Produced: 34,098 ounces

Heliostar CEO Charles Funk stated that the company successfully executed the restart of operations at the La Colorada and San Agustin mines. The restart of San Agustin is expected to materially increase Heliostar’s year-on-year gold production in 2026. In addition to increasing production this year, the company will be advancing Ana Paula through a feasibility study and recommencing the decline as it works toward its goal of becoming a 500,000 ounce per year producer by the end of the decade.

Michael Gingles, Qualified Person and Vice President Corporate Development of Heliostar, reviewed and approved the production and financial information in the release.

Heliostar is a gold producer operating mines in Mexico, including the La Colorada Mine in Sonora and the San Agustin Mine in Durango. The Company also has a strong portfolio of development projects in Mexico and the USA. These include the Ana Paula project in Guerrero, the Cerro del Gallo project in Guanajuato, the San Antonio project in Baja Sur and the Unga project in Alaska.
