TORONTO, ON — February 24, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Hanna Capital Corp. has announced a change in auditors, transitioning from Buckley Dodds CPA to Lixin & Ethos CPAs LLP, effective February 19, 2026.
The decision follows the merger of Buckley Dodds CPA with Davidson & Company LLP, prompting the Corporation to appoint Lixin & Ethos CPAs LLP as the Successor Auditors. The new auditors will serve from February 19, 2026, until the next Annual General Meeting.
According to the announcement, the Former Auditors’ reports for the most recently completed fiscal year, ending June 30, 2025, contained no reservations. Additionally, there were no reportable events as defined in National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations between the Corporation and the Former Auditor.
In compliance with National Instrument 51-102, the notice of change of auditor, along with required letters from both the Former Auditors and the Successor Auditors, has been reviewed by the audit committee and the board of directors. These documents have been filed on SEDAR+.
