VANCOUVER, BC — February 17, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Green Bridge Metals Corporation is advancing its Serpentine Copper-Nickel Project in Minnesota, preparing for a Phase 1 diamond drilling program in the second half of 2026.
The project, located in St. Louis County, is adjacent to NewRange Copper Nickel’s NorthMet and Sunrise deposits. Green Bridge believes its Serpentine project is a compelling copper and critical minerals development opportunity due to its scale, grade, geometry, and location, especially with copper and nickel prices near multi-year highs.
Serpentine hosts an Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) of 279.9 million tonnes at 0.37% Cu, 0.12% Ni, and 0.007% Co (0.53% CuEq), and an Indicated 21.6 million tonnes at 0.46% Cu and 0.16% Ni (0.69% CuEq), as per the company’s NI 43-101 Technical Report dated July 14, 2025.
The Phase 1 program aims to test the viability of the existing MRE, examine the potential for Platinum Group Metals (PGM) and cobalt (Co), and position the Company toward completing a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) within 18 months.
The planned Phase 1 drilling includes approximately 6 to 10 diamond core holes totaling ~2,000 to 2,500 meters. The company is working with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources on permitting six new drill sites. Logistics and planning are advanced, targeting one rig for Phase 1 with Foraco.
Planned drilling depths are generally consistent with historical drilling (approximately 90 to >305m). Down-hole geophysical surveys will be conducted to improve confidence in structural interpretation, direct future exploratory drilling, and reduce uncertainty in targeting. One or more holes may be designed to support hydrogeological monitoring following core recovery, which is intended to support baseline data collection for future permitting and engineering studies.
Full multi-element assaying will be conducted to improve CuEq and NSR reporting. Systematic multi-element assaying and metallurgy planning will evaluate the potential for Copper Equivalent grade (CuEq) upside through the inclusion of PGMs and cobalt, which are not included in the current MRE.
Ajeet Milliard, Chief Geologist of Green Bridge Metals Corporation, is a Qualified Person as defined under National Instrument 43-101 and has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information in the release.
