Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd. (TSXV: GMG) Launches Dedicated Asia Pacific Sales Team

Brisbane, Queensland — September 8, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd. (GMG) has officially launched its dedicated Asia Pacific Sales Team, marking a significant step in the company’s global commercialization strategy. This team has been actively engaged in business development across various country markets since early 2026, with initial bases established in India, South Korea, Japan, and Singapore, alongside the existing team in Australia.

Craig Nicol, Founder, Managing Director, and CEO of GMG, emphasized the strategic importance of this expansion. “The launch of our dedicated Asia Pacific Sales Team marks an important step in GMG’s global commercialisation strategy,” Nicol stated. “Having spent much of my career building and leading sales and marketing teams across Asia Pacific, I understand firsthand the scale of opportunity these markets represent for graphene-enhanced thermal, lubricant and energy storage solutions.” He highlighted the region’s robust manufacturing, automotive, electronics, and data-centre industries as key drivers for GMG’s graphene-enhanced HVAC-R coatings, lubricant additives, and coolant additives.

The new team has already commenced direct engagement with customers and channel partners throughout the region, reporting positive interest and early traction. This regional development complements GMG’s recent production advancements, including the commencement of operations at its Gen 2.0 graphene production plant. Nicol added that this strategic build-out is designed to capitalize on growing global demand and translate it into commercial success within significant industrial economies.

Jack Perkowski, Chairman and Non-Executive Director of GMG, echoed Nicol’s enthusiasm, affirming the Board’s support for this international growth initiative. “Establishing a dedicated presence in Asia Pacific is a logical and important move given the depth of industrial activity in these markets and their relevance to GMG’s core product lines in thermal management, lubricants and energy storage,” Perkowski commented. He expressed confidence in the new team’s ability to foster crucial relationships and gain market knowledge, drawing on his own experience in scaling international operations in Asia.

GMG, an Australian clean-technology company, specializes in developing, manufacturing, and selling energy-saving and energy-storage solutions. The company utilizes a proprietary process to decompose natural gas into carbon (graphene), hydrogen, and residual gases, producing high-quality, low-cost, scalable graphene suitable for diverse applications. Current efforts are focused on de-risking and scaling commercial production capabilities and securing market applications.

In the energy savings sector, GMG’s graphene-enhanced HVAC-R coating is being marketed for various uses, including electronic heat sinks, industrial process plants, and data centres. The company has also developed a graphene lubricant additive to improve fuel efficiency in diesel engines and a graphene coolant additive for industrial cooling and data centres. In energy storage, GMG is collaborating with the University of Queensland, with Australian Government support, to advance the research, development, and commercialization of GMG Graphene Batteries. Additionally, GMG has created a graphene additive slurry aimed at enhancing the performance of lithium-ion batteries.

GMG’s four core business objectives include scaling graphene production processes, generating revenue from energy-saving products, developing next-generation batteries, and building supply chain, partner, and project execution capabilities.
