VANCOUVER, British Columbia — January 16, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Graphano Energy Ltd. has successfully completed its airborne geophysics program, covering 473 kilometers over the Black Pearl property in Québec.
Preliminary interpretation of the program data confirms a dominant TDEM conductor extending over 1.2 kilometers. This aligns with conductive trends previously identified by ground geophysical surveys in the Black Pearl discovery area. Exploration drilling by Graphano in late 2025 within this zone revealed multiple near-surface graphite zones, yielding significant assay results, including 11.33% graphitic carbon (Cg) over 8.61 meters, 4.81% Cg over 12.25 meters, and 7.37% Cg over 4.70 meters (Graphano news release dated October 14, 2025). The airborne survey has also identified numerous new priority conductive targets, expanding the overall target area on the property.
Luisa Moreno, CEO of Graphano, stated that the confirmation of a continuous 1.2-kilometer conductive trend, along with the discovery of new conductors, significantly strengthens the exploration potential at Black Pearl. She added that these results provide important validation of earlier groundwork and enhance the company’s ability to prioritize targets as the project advances to the next exploration phase.
Currently, a technical interpretation of the conductors’ location is underway. This will facilitate more detailed geological interpretation and EM target ranking. A comprehensive geophysical report is expected to be finalized and delivered in approximately five weeks.
The airborne geophysics program is a critical step in refining the geological and structural understanding of the Black Pearl property, and will directly support the planning of follow-up exploration activities, including additional groundwork and drilling programs.
Graphano Energy Ltd. focuses on evaluating, acquiring, and developing energy metals resources from exploration to production.
Graphite is essential for green and sustainable technologies. The Company’s Lac Aux Bouleaux property, adjacent to Canada’s only producing graphite mine in Québec, has historically been an active area for natural graphite. With the increasing demand for graphite in industries like lithium batteries for electric cars and other energy storage, the Company is developing its project to meet future needs.
