December 17, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Granite Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: GRT.UN / NYSE: GRP.U) has declared a distribution of CDN $0.2958 per unit for December 2025, the company announced today.
The distribution will be paid on January 15, 2026, to unitholders of record at the close of trading on December 31, 2025.
Granite confirmed that no portion of the distribution constitutes effectively connected income for U.S. federal tax purposes. The company will issue a qualified notice providing the breakdown of the sources of the distribution to the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation after the record date of December 31, 2025, in accordance with United States Treasury Regulation Section 1.1446-4.
Granite is a Canadian-based REIT focused on acquiring, developing, owning, and managing logistics, warehouse, and industrial properties in North America and Europe. The company owns 140 investment properties representing approximately 60.9 million square feet of leasable area.
