TORONTO, Ontario — January 15, 2026 — Leads & Copy —Goliath Resources Limited (TSX-V: GOT) (OTCQB: GOTRF) (Frankfurt: B4IF) has announced the results of its annual and special meeting of shareholders held January 14, 2026.
According to the company, all items of business tabled at the Meeting were approved by the requisite majorities, including the re-election of Roger Rosmus, Graham Warren, Wayne Isaacs and Rein Turna as directors; the re-appointment of McGovern Hurley LLP as auditor; the re-approval of the omnibus equity incentive plan; certain amendments to the Plan approved by disinterested shareholders; and the approval of the consolidation of outstanding common shares on the basis of one (new) for up to seven (old) Common Shares.
Despite shareholder approval of the Consolidation, the Board of Directors has chosen not to proceed.
