GoldHaven Resources (CSE:GOH) Expands Magno Project in British Columbia

VANCOUVER, British Columbia — February 27, 2026 — Leads & Copy — GoldHaven Resources Corp. has acquired a 100% interest in five mineral claims in British Columbia’s Cassiar District. The claims, totaling 231.362 hectares, were acquired through a Title Transfer Agreement with Steven Scott.

The acquisition expands GoldHaven’s Magno Project to 37,204 hectares.

According to Rob Birmingham, CEO of GoldHaven, the expansion strengthens the company’s control over what they believe is a large, intrusion-related polymetallic system. Birmingham noted the confirmation of high-grade silver-lead-zinc mineralization, tungsten-skarn development, elevated copper within intrusive rocks, and bismuth-tellurium pathfinder anomalies supports a porphyry-driven model at depth.

The company plans a disciplined 2026 drill program targeting copper-moly porphyry centers, CRD-style silver-lead-zinc zones, and critical-mineral potential, aided by existing infrastructure and a geological framework, Birmingham said.

Under the agreement, GoldHaven will issue 400,000 common shares to the Vendor as consideration. These shares will be subject to a four-month statutory hold period. The Vendor will not retain any net smelter return royalty or other encumbrance on the claims, and GoldHaven will assume responsibility for title transfer costs.

The Magno Project is described as a district-scale polymetallic exploration asset in the Cassiar region of British Columbia. It hosts a hydrothermal system, including copper-gold, silver-lead-zinc, tungsten-skarn, and critical-mineral mineralization.

The company highlights an Indium discovery of up to 334 ppm associated with sphalerite, which they say is the highest recorded in the Cassiar District and highlights Magno’s strategic relevance amid tightening global indium supply. Grab samples returned up to 2,370 g/t Ag, >20% Pb, and 19.25% Zn from the Magno and D Zones. 45 of 357 samples exceeded 100 g/t Ag, confirming widespread high-grade mineralization. 32 samples returned >1,000 ppm W, including a peak of 6,550 ppm W at Vines Lake, with consistent 500–5,000 ppm W values at Kuhn and Dead Goat, supporting the presence of a robust tungsten-skarn system.

GoldHaven is also advancing a non-brokered flow-through financing of up to $2,000,000 through the issuance of flow-through common shares at a price of $0.265 per share. The proceeds will be used for exploration expenses at the Magno Project, including permitting, drill targeting, and advancement of priority copper-gold, silver-lead-zinc (CRD), tungsten-skarn, and critical-mineral targets.

The company plans to refine 3D geological and metal zonation models, integrate structural, geochemical, and geophysical interpretation, prioritize porphyry, CRD Ag-Pb-Zn, tungsten-skarn, and critical-mineral targets. This will involve drill targeting across priority zones and advancement of permitting and preparation for potential drilling.

GoldHaven Resources Corp. is a Canadian junior exploration company focused on acquiring and exploring land packages in North and South America.
