Vancouver, B.C. — December 17, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Golden Cariboo Resources Ltd. (CSE:GCC) (OTC:GCCFF) (WKN:A402CQ) (FSE:3TZ) has announced promising drill results from its Quesnelle Gold Quartz Mine property, intersecting 0.56 g/t gold over 99.84 meters (327.56 ft) in drill hole QGQ25-23 from 182.20 meters.
The company is currently testing north of the Halo zone, with drill hole QGQ25-28 in progress. Golden Cariboo Resources is targeting the inferred contact between greenstone and argillite to potentially discover additional mineralization to the north.
Drill holes QGQ24-21 and QGQ25-23 to -24 also intersected intermittent anomalous gold mineralization. However, drilling was cut short due to mechanical issues. All the above holes ended within anomalous intersections.
QGQ25-22 did not yield significant results and was halted early because of excessive deviation.
QA/QC protocols are in place, with blanks, standards, and coarse reject duplicates making up 5% of the total number of samples. The reported drilling used NQ core, logged and sampled by company geologists based on lithology, alteration, and mineralization, typically ranging from 0.5 to 2 meters in length. Core samples are split in half and processed, stored, and shipped from the company’s secure drill compound in Hixon, British Columbia.
Drill core samples were sent to ALS Canada Ltd.’s laboratory (ALS) in North Vancouver and then to their Thunder Bay, Ontario facility for gold analysis via PhotonAssay™ technology, using an average 400-500g subsample. ALS facilities are ISO 17025 accredited and independent of Golden Cariboo Resources. Photon analysis uses a larger sample size compared to Fire assay (FA), providing a more thorough assessment of gold distribution in coarse gold settings, which are characteristic of the Halo zone.
Samples were also analyzed by ALS, North Vancouver, for 36 elements using aqua regia digestion with an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) finish on 0.5g aliquots, after crushing to >70% passing below 2 mm, split using a riffle splitter, and pulverizing 500g splits to >85% passing below 75 microns.
The technical information in this news release has been reviewed and approved by Jean Pautler, an independent consultant commissioned by the Company. Pautler is a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of the Province of BC (“APEGBC”) and licensed by Engineers and Geoscientists BC, and is a “Qualified Person” with respect to NI 43-101.
Golden Cariboo Resources Ltd. is exploring the Cariboo Gold Rush area through drilling and trenching programs on its Quesnelle Gold Quartz Mine property. The property is bordered by Osisko Development (NSE:ODV/TSXV:ODV) and is located along a corridor adjacent to the Spanish and Eureka thrust faults, covering a 94,899-hectare (234,501 acre) area. The area has historically produced from over 101 placer gold creeks along the 90-kilometer (56 mile) trend.
The Quesnelle Gold Quartz Mine property is located 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) northeast of Hixon, British Columbia. The property includes the Quesnelle Quartz gold-silver deposit, discovered in 1865. The geological setting of the gold mineralization at the property is similar to the Spanish Mountain gold deposit, situated 120 km (75 miles) southeast along the same geological trend.
