VANCOUVER, BC — January 6, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Gold Terra Resource Corp. has commenced its Winter 2026 diamond drilling program on the Yellowknife Project in the Northwest Territories. The program will employ four diamond drill rigs to advance priority targets within the Con Mine area and the Northbelt.
Initial drilling will focus on the Con Mine area, aiming to expand mineralization within the Yellorex Zone along the Campbell Shear, south of the historic Con Mine. Additional drilling will test targets along the Campbell Shear corridor between Yellorex and the Con Mine.
Northbelt drilling is expected to begin later in January, targeting high-grade gold areas. This includes the Mispickel area, where hole GTWL22-0014 previously returned 31.89 g/t gold over 3 meters, including 69.4 g/t Au over 1 meter. The Winter 2026 program aims to advance known mineralized zones, test new targets, and support future resource growth north of Yellowknife.
Gold Terra has received key regulatory approvals for exploration work over the next five years at the Yellowknife Project and Con Mine. The Mackenzie Valley Land and Water Board has issued a renewed Type A Land Use Permit (MV2025C0015), effective January 17, 2026, for a five-year term, authorizing mineral exploration activities. These activities include diamond drilling, winter road construction, camp operations, and progressive reclamation.
The company has also been granted a renewed Type B Water Licence (MV2025L8-0006), effective January 17, 2026, for a seven-year term. The license authorizes water withdrawal and waste deposition related to mineral exploration and drilling activities, subject to environmental protection measures.
Gold Terra has increased its reclamation securities with the Government of the Northwest Territories. The securities, for the Land Use permit and water license, totaled $198,000 and $36,450, respectively, and cover activities for up to four drill rigs.
Gold Terra has retained Soar Financial Partners for investor relations and media outreach to expand the company’s visibility across the United States, Europe, and Germany. The agreement between Gold Terra and Soar is dated January 1, 2026, and is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
Soar provides strategic marketing and investor communications for the mining sector through road shows, conferences, media outreach, and social media, primarily for the European investment community. Soar has offices in Frankfurt, Germany, and Vancouver.
The investor relations agreement has a one-year term, with Gold Terra paying Soar a base fee of USD 7,000 per month. The company plans to grant 300,000 options to purchase common shares as part of the consideration for Soar’s services, subject to TSX-V policies and the company’s stock option plan.
The company’s Board of Directors has approved a grant of stock options under the Stock Option Plan to directors, officers, employees, and consultants to purchase up to 3,600,000 treasury shares at $0.19 (including the 300,000 options to Soar).
The options are exercisable at $0.19 per share for five years, effective January 2, 2026, expiring on January 2, 2031, and are subject to TSX-V policies and the company’s Stock Option Plan, including a vesting period beginning six months after issue for 25% of the options, and 25% every six months following.

The Yellowknife Project encompasses 836 sq. km of contiguous land near Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories. Gold Terra controls one of the major high-grade gold camps in Canada, close to infrastructure. The company is focusing its drilling on the Campbell Shear and the CMO property claims south of the past-producing Con Mine.
The YP and CMO properties lie on the Yellowknife greenstone belt, covering nearly 70 kilometers of strike length along the mineralized shear system that hosts the former Con and Giant gold mines. Exploration programs have identified significant gold mineralization zones and multiple targets.
