Global X Announces Final Proceeds for Terminating ETFs (TSX:FOUR)

TORONTO, ON — February 17, 2026 — Leads & Copy —

Global X Investments Canada Inc. has announced the final net asset value (NAV), distribution, and termination proceeds for its Terminating ETFs, which were delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange or Cboe Canada on February 10, 2026, and terminated on February 17, 2026. The initial announcement of the delisting was made in a press release dated December 5, 2025.

Unitholders will receive proceeds from the asset liquidation, minus liabilities and expenses related to the Terminating ETFs’ dissolution. Payments will be pro-rata based on remaining outstanding units.

The non-cash distributions, labeled as “Reinvested Non-Cash Income Distribution per Unit,” will be reinvested and reported as taxable distributions. This reinvestment increases each unitholder’s adjusted cost base. The non-cash distributions will be reinvested in additional units and immediately consolidated. This ensures the number of units held, the units outstanding, and the net asset value do not change because of the non-cash distributions.
