Giyani Metals Corp. (TSXV: EMM) (GR: A2DUU8) (“Giyani” or the “Company”) has announced the grant of 10,650,000 stock options to its directors, officers, consultants, and employees.

The options were granted on January 6, 2026, in accordance with the Company’s Stock Option Plan. Each option allows the holder to purchase one common share of Giyani at a price of $0.08 per share. The options are exercisable for a period of five years from the grant date, pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.

The options granted to directors of the Company and its subsidiaries vest immediately. The remainder will vest one-third immediately and a further one-third on each of the first and second anniversaries of the grant date. 5,050,000 Options have been granted to officers, 3,700,000 Options have been granted to consultants and employees, and 1,900,000 Options have been granted to directors of the Company.
