VAUGHAN, ON — January 2, 2026 — Leads & Copy — GFL Environmental Inc. (NYSE: GFL) (TSX: GFL) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of US$0.0154 for each outstanding subordinate voting share and multiple voting share for the fourth quarter of 2025.
The dividend will be paid on January 30, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 13, 2026. GFL has designated this dividend as an eligible dividend within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
