Germanium Mining Corp. (CSE:GMC) Announces $250,000 Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — December 9, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Germanium Mining Corp. (CSE: GMC; OTCQB: EMSKF; FSE: 1I30) has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise up to CAD $250,000.

The private placement will consist of up to 1,250,000 units at a price of $0.20 per unit. Each unit will include one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant allows the holder to buy one additional company share at $0.30 per share within 12 months of the warrant’s issuance date.

The company plans to use the net proceeds for exploration activities and general corporate purposes, including arm’s length payables and exploration activities.

A finder’s fee of up to 10% may be applicable, according to Canadian Securities Exchange regulations. All securities issued in this private placement will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day, as required by securities legislation.
