Future Fuels Inc. (TSXV:FTUR) Upgrades to OTCQX Best Market

VANCOUVER, BC — January 7, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Future Fuels Inc. (TSXV:FTUR)(FSE:S0J) announced its qualification to trade on the OTCQX® Best Market, operated by OTC Markets Group Inc.

Future Fuels, which previously traded on the OTCQB® Venture Market, will begin trading on the OTCQX under the symbol “FTURF” starting today. U.S. investors can access the company’s financial disclosure and real-time level 2 quotes at www.otcmarkets.com.

The OTCQX Market is designed for established, investor-focused U.S. and international companies and has more stringent qualification requirements than the OTCQB, including higher financial standards, corporate governance best practices, and compliance with securities laws. According to the company, graduating to the OTCQX Market from the OTCQB is a significant milestone that enhances visibility within the U.S. investment community.

Rob Leckie, CEO of Future Fuels Inc., stated that graduating to the OTCQX Market is an important step forward in the company’s mission to build a leading North American mineral exploration company. He added that the upgrade reflects the company’s financial strength, its commitment to transparent disclosure, and its intention to engage a broader base of U.S. investors as it continues to advance exploration and development at its Hornby Uranium Project and other strategic mineral assets.

OTC Markets Group Inc. operates regulated markets for trading 12,000 U.S. and international securities, with data-driven disclosure standards that form the foundation of its public markets: OTCQX® Best Market, OTCQB® Venture Market, OTCID™ Basic Market and Pink Limited™ Market. Its OTC Link® Alternative Trading Systems (ATSs) provide market infrastructure that broker-dealers rely on to facilitate trading.

Future Fuels’ principal asset is the Hornby Project, which covers the entire 3,407 km² Hornby Basin in north-western Nunavut, an area with over 40 underexplored uranium showings, including the historic Mountain Lake System. Additionally, Future Fuels holds the Covette Project in Quebec’s James Bay region, comprising 65 mineral claims over 3,370 hectares.
