TORONTO, Ontario — March 3, 2026 — Leads & Copy — First National Financial Corporation (TSX: FN.PR.A) (TSX: FN.PR.B) has announced its intention to redeem for cash all outstanding Class A Preference Shares, Series 1, and Series 2, effective March 31, 2026. The redemption price is set at $25.00 per share, accompanied by all accrued and unpaid dividends up to, but excluding, the redemption date, less any applicable tax deductions.
Shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 16, 2026, will be entitled to receive the final quarterly dividend payable on March 31, 2026, which amounts to $0.180938 per Series 1 Preference Share and $0.264329 per Series 2 Preference Share.
Formal notice will be delivered to the registered holders of the Preferred Shares in accordance with the terms outlined in the Company’s articles. Non-registered holders are advised to contact their broker or other intermediary for details on the redemption process.
Upon redemption, holders of Preferred Shares will no longer be entitled to dividends or any rights as holders, aside from receiving the Aggregate Redemption Price.
Following the redemption, the Preferred Shares will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and will no longer be traded.
